This is why I obtained a broker license. So I can represent you fully in a real estate transaction, rather than act only in the supporting role of a lawyer. I have the ability to list homes on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) and gain access to homes for showings. I have the ability to do broker price opinions for determination of values or comparable sales. As such, I am able to control all aspects of the real estate transaction. This will result in the delivery of a combined level of competence and professionalism that may be unsurpassed anywhere else in Kansas City.
